Travelling back to portugal regularly, Fernando has an exquisite taste for seafood, like lobster, clams, mussles, shrimp & Salmon. Him & his wife immigrated to Canada in 1985 without knowing much English, today he still has kept his accentas he enjoys sharing his culture. Good food in an elegant setting is was makes him happy, and hearing from Portuguese clients that the food taste just like in Portugal make shim even happier.
